The information we collect about you is only for the processing of your order which includes:

your name, your address, your phone number, your email address, your credit/debit card details, your measurements.

The information you give will be held in accordance with the data protection act and the law. If you have any questions/comments about our privacy policy, please email us at : admin@dresswbs.com.  

Ordering: When placing you order you are asked for specific information (your measurements). This is so that we can make your dress fit you. You must then select the dress you desire, enter your credit/debit card details. You can order online with your credit/debit card using our secure Paypal connection. You can also order by email or post, by providing your measurements as requested, details and catalogue number of your chosen dress and enclose a cheque. Your order will not be processed until your cheque has cleared our bank account.

Delivery: For delivery within the United Kingdom, you should allow 21 days. For delivery outside the UK (the rest of the world), you should allow 28 days. Delivery will be to your door by secure parcel post. The reason for the high price and long delivery time is because we make the dress to your measurements. ALL OUR DRESSES ARE HAND MADE AND THEREFORE INDIVIDUALLY QUALITY CHECKED. We do not hold any stock. 

Delivery Charges: For delivery within the United Kingdom delivery is free. For delivery outside the UK (the rest of the world), delivery is £10 (ten UK pounds).

Returns: Returns will not be accepted if the dress does not fit, is the wrong colour or the wrong style. 

Returns will be considered for damage in transit. Please remember that we have a secure delivery service.

Legitimate UK returns must be received in our offices within 14 days of receipt of goods.

Legitimate returns from outside the UK (the rest of the world), must be received in our offices within 21 days of receipt of goods.
